A Trusted Wichita Business Organization

Founded in 1937, the Wichita Executives' Association (WEA) is a member-owned organization of Wichita-area business executives, professionals, and key decision-makers. For nearly 90 years, WEA members have built stronger businesses through trusted relationships, active participation, and quality referrals.

Why Members Join

Relationships First. Opportunities Follow.

WEA members meet twice each month. At each meeting, members:

  • Learn about one another's businesses and services

  • Present their own businesses to the membership

  • Exchange qualified leads and referrals

  • Share business experience, ideas, and advice

  • Recognize business generated through WEA relationships

  • Be willing to participate and contribute to the success of fellow members
