About the Wichita Executives’ Association

‍ Founded in 1937, the Wichita Executives' Association (WEA) is one of Wichita's longest-standing business organizations. For nearly 90 years, WEA has brought together Wichita-area business leaders to build trusted relationships, exchange business information, and create opportunities for one another.

WEA is a member-owned, selective men's business organization built on participation, professional relationships, referrals, and a shared commitment to helping fellow members succeed.

Our Purpose

WEA exists to develop meaningful business relationships, exchange quality referrals, help members grow their businesses, and provide a trusted forum for sharing business knowledge and advice.

As members become familiar with one another's businesses and capabilities, that knowledge, supported by personal relationships and mutual trust, allows them to confidently connect one another with prospective customers and opportunities.
